We offer a 14 days return policy should you have a change of mind. Please ensure item is intact and no damages. Our product refund policy does not apply to any damaged product caused by mishandling and abuse.

Product(s) that has been purchased at Justwax may be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase. Our product refund policy does not apply to any damaged product caused by mishandling and abuse.

In order to make the refunds process going, we required customers to send us a formal email. Click here to drop us an email regarding your refund request and we shall be in touch with you within 3 working days.

Justwax will send a refund approval email and within 45-60 days from the date of approval, Justwax will refund it via internet banking, minus 10% of administrative charge.

PACKAGE / MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Packages(s) that has been purchased at Justwax may be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The refund process will not be continue under several circumstances as follows: the closure of the outlet or the change of therapist.

IDR 960K – IDR 96K administrative charge = IDR 864K  amount to be refunded

Refund On  Brazilian Wax Priced IDR 960K  With 1 Session Utilised.

IDR 960K – IDR 96K administrative charge - IDR320K = IDR 544K  amount to be refunded

CONVERSION POLICY

​

Justwax prepaid packages purchased can be converted to a Mix and Match credits, minus an administrative charge 10% of package price paid.

These credits can be used to offset any other treatments from the treatment menu at a la carte price. However, the credits cannot be used to offset any retail product. The converted credits will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package, excluding VAT taxes minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.

PACKAGES

Justwax packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchased unless otherwise stated.

​

PACKAGES EXTENSION

​

With immediate effect, administrative charges will be applicable at IDR 80K  for every 3 months of extension.

​

We reserve the right to reject any promotional package extension and will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of package extension.
